Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30 1991), known by his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer. He has released two EPs, I'm Free (2012),[3] and an EP self-titled in 2014, with Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major label record, was released in March of 2015. The second album of his studio, Therapy Session, which was released on April 22, 2016 and peaked at the top of the list, number 12 of the US Billboard 200. His albums have won numerous accolades, some of which include the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF achieved mainstream popularity in 2017 with the release of Perception. the album reached the top spot in the United States and was certified platinum. Its third single, "Let You Down" was ranked at number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, and was a top ten hit worldwide. The Search (2019) was his second album. The album also enjoyed the same commercial success. Feuerstein claimed that rap was a method for him to escape during his childhood. He would record songs using the karaoke device and record both instrumentals and his raps using a single microphone. Feuerstein released Moments his debut studio album, on his own on the 29th of November, 2010. The debut single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the song's writers and producers. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and became intrigued by his music. Feuerstein debuted his expanded work I'm Free on May 2 in 2012, with production by Profitt. The album's tracklist included nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also contained an original version of Alone featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist had announced the release of the self-titled, extended plays, NF, but Feuerstein was unable to work with the label due to disagreements, and the production of NF was delayed. NF contained a track titled "Only One" featuring Shuree Williams in its compilation album Move Vol 1. On the 4th of November in 2013, he released an album "Beautiful Addiction" that came out on the 4th of November. Profitt also made an appearance on the track. The track included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz
